Kerins O’Rahilly’s GAA Club is hoping to start its journey to becoming a #HealthyClub in October. Our first step on this journey is going Smoke and Alcohol-Free in our grounds at Strand Road and Ballyrickard.
Starting from October 1st, your football club grounds will officially become smoke and alcohol-free zones.
You will see signs to this effect put in place around our grounds. Here's what you need to know:
Smoke-Free Zone We're committed to creating a clean and healthy environment for everyone.
Smoking will no longer be permitted within our club premises, including the stands, dressing rooms and surrounding areas. Let's all breathe easy and enjoy the game together, smoke-free!
Promoting Wellness Health is wealth, and we're here to support your well-being. We will be
introducing health-focused initiatives, workshops, and events to help you lead a healthier lifestyle, both on and off the field. Stay tuned for updates!
Alcohol-Free Zone To ensure a safe and family-friendly atmosphere, we will not be permitting alcohol during our events. This decision aims to create a more inclusive space where fans of all ages can enjoy the game together.
Join Us in This Journey We invite all our members, volunteers, players. families and supporters to join us in embracing this exciting change. Together, we can foster a positive and healthier community. Let's inspire each other to make better choices for our well-being!
Spread the Word Help us get the word out by sharing this post with your friends and our wider community. Let's make this transition a resounding success!
Thank you for your unwavering support. We're looking forward to a vibrant, smoke-free, and healthier future together!
