A solid workmanlike performance saw us take the points from the home side .
Churchill opened the scoring with an early point but Keelan Crowe had us ahead almost immediately when he outfielded his opponent and stuck the ball in the back of the net for a great goal.
Daniel Bowler from a free and Fenton Collins from play increased our lead before Keelan repeated his earlier heroics, again finding the net after another fine fetch leaving the half time score 2-03 to 1-03 in our favour.
The 2nd half saw Churchill come more into the game and the sides were level, 2-04 to 1-07 after 10 mins, our score coming from Seán Griffin.
The next play decided the game when a long kick out was well won by Daniel Nix who made good headway before passing to Daniel Bowler who found the bottom corner of the net with a fine drive.
We held sway from here to the finish with further minors from Seán Griffin, Gavin Burrows and 2 points from Gazza.
There was a hold up in the 20th minute following an unfortunate injury to one of the Churchill players and we wish him well in his recovery.
