Looking for a fun way to stay active, meet new people, and try something completely different? We are thrilled to announce that the hugely popular Gaelic for Mothers and Others program is officially returning to Kerins O'Rahillys!
Commencing this coming Monday, April 13th, this initiative is a fantastic way for women in our community to get involved with the club in a fun, non-competitive, and welcoming environment.
Why you should give it a try:
- No Experience Necessary: Never picked up a Gaelic football in your life? No problem at all! The focus is entirely on fun, having a laugh, and learning the basics.
- All Fitness Levels Welcome: Whether you are a regular at the gym or just looking for an excuse to start moving again, the sessions are tailored to suit absolutely everyone.
- A Great Social & Active Outlet: It is the perfect opportunity to get out in the fresh air, shake off the Monday blues, and make some great new friends down at the club.
Training will take place every Monday night.
