Great to be back last Monday night for a fantastic first session of M&O! It truly marked a brilliant start to what promises to be an exciting and rewarding season ahead.

There was a real buzz from the moment we got started. It was wonderful to reconnect with so many familiar faces who bring such great energy and commitment each week, and equally special to welcome a number of new members joining us for the first time. Seeing the group grow and evolve is what makes M&O so special, and we’re delighted to have each and every one of you as part of the community.

The session itself was full of positivity, encouragement, and teamwork, setting the tone for the weeks ahead. Whether you’re returning or just starting out, M&O is all about supporting each other, building confidence, and enjoying the journey together. Nights like this are a great reminder of how important it is to stay active, connected, and motivated.

We’re really looking forward to developing skills, creating plenty of great moments together over the coming weeks. If tonight is anything to go by, it’s going to be a fantastic run!
