Our Mothers & Others travelled to Knockanure last night for what turned out to be a very competitive and energetic game of football. 

Our ladies played it in the true spirit of Mothers & Others football — showing determination, teamwork, encouragement, and great heart right to the final whistle. The team dug deep throughout and never stopped battling.

Each and every player gave it their all from our midfielders who won kickouts after kickouts to our forwards who put their backs under pressure to our backs defending to their best. Our top scorer on the night was Mags. Special mention to our goalie Kelsey who had a phenomenal game. 

At the final whistle, the KOR team lead the line out to exchange high fives, showing the respect, friendship, and community spirit that Mothers & Others is all about.

Well done and thanks to all involved in Knockanure and to the referee Maurice and we wish Knockanure the very best for the rest of the season.
