The Kerins O’Rahillys Senior Ladies have been putting in the hard work ahead of the 2025 season, kicking off pre-season training back in January at our brand-new Inception Gym, located right at the club. With strong numbers turning up for strength and conditioning sessions, the commitment and energy from the squad have been fantastic.
A huge thank you to Daniel from the gym, Sarah, and Tony Duggan for their guidance and expertise in strength and conditioning-your support has been invaluable in getting our players match-fit. After eight weeks of intense preparation, the team is raring to go for the season ahead.
First Fixture - Donal Curtin Cup
The wait is almost over! Our first competitive outing of the season takes place this Sunday, as we travel to face Listowel Emmets in the second round of the Donal Curtin Cup. Having received a bye in the first round, we are eager to hit the ground running and put all our pre-season training into action.
New Management Team
This year, we welcome a new management team who bring fresh ideas and experience to the squad:
* Manager: Danny Leane
* Selectors: Philip Dewey, Rory Kerins, Haulie Kerins, Ferris O’Carroll & Paul Donovan
